Which regional freight can I request?
Freight Nova accepts dry van freight inquiries for Northeast and Mid-Atlantic lanes from its Philadelphia base. Start with the pickup and delivery addresses and the date the freight will be ready.
Regional distance alone does not determine the delivery plan. A morning pickup with an afternoon receiver cutoff is different from an open receiving window, even when both shipments travel between the same cities.
What matters at the receiving end?
Confirm how the facility accepts a tractor-trailer before booking. Include its truck entrance, dock arrangements, appointment reference and any access limits. Tell us whether the receiver has confirmed an appointment or whether the time is still a request.
The New York area needs particular care: Northern New Jersey warehouses and deliveries inside New York City are not interchangeable. NYC DOT restricts 53-foot trailer access. A city name in a lane listing is not confirmation that the equipment can serve every address in that city.
Start with the relevant lane
- Philadelphia to New York area / Northern NJ: exact location and trailer access.
- Philadelphia to Baltimore / Washington, DC: receiving windows and facility instructions.
- Philadelphia to Boston / New England: pickup readiness and delivery appointment planning.
If your destination is not listed, use the quote form. The directory is a useful starting point, not a complete list of possible shipments.
What if the shipment repeats?
Share the days of the week, expected number of loads and how far ahead the freight is booked. Include seasonal changes or dates when the facility closes. Recurring freight is reviewed around that actual pattern; the site does not promise a fixed truck or driver assignment.
