Send your shipment details- Pickup and delivery addresses
- Include the facility names, full addresses, dock access and any site-specific truck instructions.
- Freight and loading requirements
- Share the commodity, weight, dimensions, pallet count and any special handling or trailer requirements. Review dry van suitability.
- Dates and appointment windows
- Give pickup readiness, requested delivery dates and confirmed appointment times with their local time zones. For a recurring lane, include frequency and expected volume.
